Our flexible concept yields impressive results, as we could prove on a customer’s premises in Saxony-Anhalt.
The enterprise from the Stendal district recently decided to invest in a mobile-modular machine package to remove contaminants from biowaste and post-process screen oversize. The machine package comprises our METHOR “Multitool“, two Selectors 400, wind sifter technology and other mobile units that round off the package.
Successful Test Run, Quick Commissioning
During a demonstration on the customer’s premises, the machine combination was tested to find out how efficiently it works – with striking success. The customer was quickly impressed by the many benefits and only a few weeks later, the new processing concept was running reliably in the Stendal district. “Thanks to the close co-operation and the good preparation, we could carry out all the process steps quickly and easily - from the delivery to the mounting and installation and the training of the team “, explains Michael Zeppenfeldt, Sales Manager Germany at Doppstadt.
Smart Concept for more Safety
Thanks to the new concept, the customer profits mainly from increased economic efficiency because there is less oversize material to be disposed of and from legal certainty in view of the upcoming Biowaste Directive Amendment. “Our mobile-modular processing concept enables the users to react flexibly and quickly to the ever-changing requirements“, Michael Zeppenfeldt emphasizes. “The individual machines can be replaced without problems or further units can be added.” The various and sustainable benefits of our mobile-modular processing concept have already convinced many customers. Doppstadt is currently in contact with many other prospective customers, who are already planning demonstrations.
