SUCCESSFUL TRAINING IN NEW ZEALAND

From February 5 to 15, 2024, Doppstadt Academy trainer Philip Schwingel gave the field service and workshop staff of our dealer Stevens Group a technical overview of our product portfolio directly on their site. Especially the combination of theory and practice ensured an entertaining transfer of knowledge, which vividly conveyed the application areas and versatility of our machines. This was particularly well received by our NZ-dealer!

Knowledge increases customer productivity

This is exactly what the Doppstadt Academy wants to pass on to our trade partners: The aim is to precisely communicate the knowledge about our machines to guarantee a productive and safe usage that strengthens the position of the dealer and promotes the customer's productivity. The training participants learned everything about the operation and maintenance of our METHOR, INVENTHOR, AK, SM and SELECTOR, the structure of the hydraulic, engine and electric components as well as the trobleshooting and DoppDiagnostic-Software. Additional topics: the commissioning and introduction of a Doppstadt Kit on a customers' site, highlights of the machines and application purposes. The participants practiced the entire procedure of a machine instruction in a role play to perfectly present it to customers.
