With the METHOR, you can process a wide range of materials efficiently and reliably. “The METHOR is basically the multitool of our product portfolio” product manager Moritz Müller explains. “It can charge, dose, disintegrate, crush and cut – while offering a wide range of applications.“ Even the contaminant-resistant processing of permanently changing input materials is not a challenge for the METHOR. Whether industrial waste, C&D waste, mattrasses, biowaste or waste wood – the mobile shredder processes nearly all kinds of materials effectively and economically. Therefore it is ideally suited both for companies with small volume flows and for users processing special batches.
Smart Modular Principle
Moreover, the modular construction of the METHOR underlines its flexibility. According to the specific requirement, it can be adjusted or upgraded quickly and easily. Thanks to the unique roller change, easily operated comb bars and easily replaceable tools, the machine can be converted in no time. In this way, the mobile multitool can be changed to three different tooth sizes within 45 minutes. As required, the machine can be mounted on hook-lift frame or crawler track. Furthermore, the customers can choose the processing unit mounted on support legs for stationary use.

Another highlight: The METHOR can easily be combined with other Doppstadt Smart Solutions. Compared to stationary plants they offer a price advantage and greatly simplified commissioning.
