8 500 KM AWAY AS THE CROW FLIES: AND YET ANOTHER CERON IN OPERATION

From November 12-18 our staff members were on site in South Korea to commission a new CERON TYPE 308 made by Doppstadt. The stationary pre-shredder will be put into operation at Hanmi Global’s new commercial waste disposal site.

The deal was closed by our sales partner DAHO GT in South Korea: They could convince the customer of the advanced technology from Germany with regard to waste recycling. The CERON TYPE 308 delivered by Doppstadt is a decisive single component for the plant to reach the required sorting and recycling quotas. As a powerful pre-shredder and biggest machine of the CERON series, the stationary shredder serves to disintegrate the materials and process them further smoothly. Thanks to its high throughput capacity the CERON is a key element within the customer’s entire plant.

Hanmi Global and the operator SS Energy Co.,Ltd are very satisfied with the new acquisition. Thanks to our distributor DAHO GT and their commitment, we could perform the commissioning personally and in compliance with all the coronavirus regulations: They organized Visa and quarantine exemption certificates for the start-up operators Andrej Gerdt and Sven Eeten, for the project developer Thomas Hartstein and the project manager Tim Platte professionally and just in time. DAHO GT was represented by CEO Kyunhee Suk and project manager Jina Jang.

Our sites in Velbert, Wülfrath and Calbe will be closed from March 29 to April 1, 2024.
