After setting up a data analysis center for the networking of machines, service, sales, construction and customers last year, we have now taken the next step by implementing MyDoppstadt as a new digital communication and information platform. In order to guarantee that the cooperation between customers, partners and our teams is smooth worldwide, all participants can now find important information and services consolidated digitally in one location. No more isolated solutions or different ways to access: The transparent MyDoppstadt portal offers authorized users secure and convenient access to all tools, information, images, videos, forms, lists, etc. by means of a single login.

“In our increasingly digital work environment, the development of a platform like MyDoppstadt is both a challenge and a necessity, since this is the only way to ensure a future-proof cross-company and cross-national collaboration between Doppstadt and its partners,” says Jochen Schlobach, who is responsible for the portal. My Doppstadt is a dynamic platform that will be continuously expanded to include other functions and contents. Currently users can find useful and informative applications and documents in the areas of product management, sales, aftersales, marketing and used machinery. For instance, DoppMedia provides our sales partners with original photos and videos of our machines to support sales activities. One of the newest applications is the Doppstadt Academy with training courses and seminars, an up-to-date digital course calendar and all training documents in digital form. Registration also takes place digitally.
