Thanks to a large number of highly qualified technicians, we have now been able to increase our field service team from 7 to 15 people! Additionally, our national service network has also been expanded through high competent external partners who attend just in time and on-site maintenance and repairs work. This puts us in a great position as a service provider to maintain even closer contact with our customers, to check the machines during maintenance work and to provide accurate and precise advice on site. This strengthens customer satisfaction and promotes further business transactions. The expansion of our service team is the result of an intensive training phase, which we will continue to perform by focusing on mechatronics technicians. With the training in mechatronics, we are playing in on the trend towards electrification and our responsibility towards the environment and climate protection.
