Both of the brand-new industrial clerks started their apprenticeship at Doppstadt in August 2017 and from January 17, 2020 on, they complement our permanent staff – congratulations! Julia Lemke likes to remember the beginning phase: “I was immediately on good terms with my apprentice-colleagues and the other colleagues also integrated me very well “, Julia (23) says. „What I liked most was the sales department with its varied tasks and the international contacts with customers and distributors. Now I have the opportunity to take part in the configuration and establishment of a new niche: the sales office service for second-hand machines. This will offer me great potential for the development of my personality and knowledge.“ Lea Hohmann (23) has also pleasant memories of her start: „During the first weeks I could already participate in the preparation of the distributor events thus learning a lot about the enterprise and its products. We had a very nice apprentice instructor who encouraged our self-reliance. Now I work in the after-sales division at Wülfrath and I am responsible for the processing of warranty claims.“ In this connection, Lea pays a very emotional compliment to her employer: “After all, you can actually choose your family. I decided in favour of the Doppstadt family and they decided in favour of me.“
