The NZ 180 VE uses freely oscillating flails in conjunction with a shredding basket to carry out its work. The machine delivers outstanding performance by transmitting mechanical force via the V-belt drive of the flail drum and the hydraulic drive of the additional components. The motor compartment can be easily accessed from both sides, ensuring that shredding tools can be replaced in no time.
The use of different shredding baskets in the NZ 180 VE allows for generating precisely defined grain sizes. The baskets can be interchanged very easily and quickly – just like the flails with their patented fastening system. Since the flail tips automatically avoid larger obstructions during the shredding process, the NZ 180 VE moreover impresses in this context thanks to the significantly reduced wear and tear.
The ability to use all shredding tools of the other mobile Doppstadt machines ensure maximum flexibility and efficiency even during operation of the NZ 180 VE. This makes the NZ 180 VE indispensable when it comes to shredding bio-waste and green waste for composting, different wood grades for waste wood processing and biomass processing facilities as well as a variety of other shredding tasks for recycling.
Powerful and rugged V-belt drive with three-phase motor, motor compartment easily accessible from two sides
