They will start a new phase of life now: Tristan Wolff (industrial mechanic apprenticeship), Aurel Dlugosch (mechatronics engineer apprenticeship), Mustafa Abboud (industrial electronics technician apprenticeship), Leon Gesang (warehouse manager apprenticeship) and Moritz Otterbein (industrial business management assistant apprenticeship) have chosen Doppstadt as their first employer for the start of their careers. The will stay 2 to 3.5 years with the company passing through differents departments depending on the training program.
The first day, the „newbies“ got to know both sites (Wülfrath and Velbert) and their training supervisors. Managing Director Dr. Konrad Kerres did not miss out on welcoming the five young men personally. Exciting years await them now – as members and at eye level with the staff of a company that has been training junior staff members for decades thus developing tomorrow’s skilled labour.
