CORE VIBRO 400: THE NEW ALL-PURPOSE FOR DEMANDING APPLICATIONS

Robust, versatile and intuitive to operate: Our Core Vibro 400 coarse screening system sets new standards in three-fraction screening.

When designing the Core Vibro 400, we focused closely on our customers’ real-world operating conditions. The result is outstanding durability and intuitive operation. The coarse screening system is ready for immediate use and reliably separates even the most demanding materials in a safe and cost-efficient manner. These include waste wood, wood chips and commercial waste, as well as materials from quarries and mining operations such as construction waste, demolition and mixed construction waste, excavated soil, sand and gravel.

Innovative technology increases efficiency and reduces costs
The Core Vibro 400 relies on state-of-the-art vibration technology for three-fraction screening. This ensures long-term efficient operation, as it reliably separates even materials that tend to clump or wrap. Operators also benefit from the well-engineered hydraulic concept of the screening system, which reduces fuel consumption by approximately 20 percent compared to conventional solutions.

In addition, the Core Vibro 400 provides users with significantly greater flexibility and independence. Thanks to its tracked chassis and remote control, the machine can be positioned quickly and easily at different sites.

A clear competitive advantage
The Core Vibro 400 comes fully equipped as standard. It includes all essential components, such as the metal-slat conveyor belt, which offers significantly lower wear compared to conventional rubber belts. In addition, the machine is equipped with an efficient water spray system for dust suppression.
For specialized applications, we have partnered with HEIN LEHMANN as a reliable technology provider. Upon request, customers can replace the standard vibration technology with a flip-flow screen box from the screening and conveying technology specialist. This mobile screening solution is designed specifically for separating complex materials with fine particle sizes, such as metal dusts or ultra fine soils and biomass.
