The RB 12 is based on the Redback machine, proven in demanding applications in North America for the past year and in Australia for over 30 years. With its integration into the Doppstadt product range, this established technology is now available to customers not only in the U.S., but also in Europe and other international markets.

Proven Technology, Integrated into the Doppstadt Portfolio

The RB 12 is designed for high-throughput processing of demanding materials including organic waste, logs, forestry residue, land-clearing waste, roots and waste wood. With an 895 kW (1125 HP) Caterpillar C32 diesel engine, the RB 12 is built to deliver high throughput when large volumes of material need to be processed.

Key features include a wide feeding table and feeder floor, proportional feed control, direct-drive high-torque motors for the infeed conveyor and feed wheel, and a heavy-duty rotor and anvil designed to withstand challenging materials and contaminants. Screens can be changed in under 20 minutes, helping to reduce service time and maximize machine availability.
