The technical training was one of the core elements of the event. Andreas Risse from the Doppstadt Academy, together with John McGrath from Ecoverse, trained the attendees on the SM.2 and SM.3 trommel screen series as well as the CoreShredder line.
In intensive hands-on sessions, the technicians gained the practical skills to maximise uptime and support customers quickly and competently in the field, so that every Doppstadt machine keeps delivering value – true to the Academy’s claim ‘From Waste to Win’.
The participants’ feedback was very positive. They particularly praised the knowledge transfer and the deeper insight into the machines, which they said will help them in their day-to-day workshop routine.
Machines on site
Six Doppstadt machines were available for the training and presentations: the SM 726.3K and SM 720.3 trommel screens, the Inventhor 9, the CoreShred 8 (CS8) and CoreShred 9 (CS9), and the RB 8, formerly known as the Redback DS800T.
As part of the event, the sales teams also received presentations on all Doppstadt product lines. In addition, Doppstadt Product Manager Sascha Platte and Martin Morgan from Ecoverse presented the RB 8 in a live demonstration.
Strong partnership for North America
The event once again showed how close collaboration between Doppstadt and Ecoverse ensures that technical expertise reaches those who keep our customers’ machines running every day. Wherever Doppstadt machines are at work around the world, the Doppstadt Academy brings its know-how directly to the dealer teams on site.
