At Kurstjens Recycling B.V. in Grubbenvorst, the Netherlands, everything revolves around the circular economy - and now also around the latest Doppstadt technology! Our partner Pols recently delivered two brand new Doppstadt SM 620.3 Dual Power trommel screening machines to the family-run company.
Kurstjens has been a reliable player in sustainable waste processing for many years. Using modern tunnel composting, the company converts organic waste into high-quality compost - perfectly suited as a peat substitute in potting soil or for use in agriculture.
Maximum flexibility and sophisticated technology
The latest development of our trommel screening machine offers maximum flexibility: with its dual power drive, the SM 620.3 adapts to all conditions on site. In diesel mode, it can be used without the addition of AdBlue or an external power source. In sensitive areas, the quiet and low-emission electric motor is impressive.
Both screening machines are already in successful operation at Kurstjens. Equipped with galvanized frames for the conveyor and drum belt, they offer a robust and durable design. A non-slip internally toothed hopper belt in the hopper ensures a safe material flow. The optimized arrangement of the motor and hopper round off the overall concept.
We wish the whole team lots of fun and success with the new machines from Doppstadt.
