With our transformation program “Doppstadt 2030”, we are repositioning the company for the future. By the end of 2025, all German Doppstadt entities were consolidated into one strong company: Doppstadt Umwelttechnik GmbH (formerly Doppstadt Beteiligungs GmbH).
This realignment creates the foundation for greater innovative strength, faster decision-making, and even more efficient project execution.
New Management Structure
As of January 2026, Doppstadt will be led by a three-member management team. Dr. Philipp Nellessen (CEO) is responsible for steering the transformation program and heading Sales & Development. Reimund Hoffmann and Michael Simon are responsible for Production and Finance respectively. Hannes Fischer will continue to lead Development and Engineering within the Doppstadt Group but will no longer be part of the management board.
Gerd Schreier (Managing Director Sales) will leave Doppstadt at the end of December. We would like to thank Gerd for his outstanding personal commitment. He has significantly advanced the professionalization of sales, established sustainable structures, and implemented measures that have strengthened both our efficiency and our market position.
Calbe Site Strengthened
Calbe is being developed into a European center of excellence for production, service, and spare parts supply. As early as 2026, additional machines from the new product portfolio will be manufactured in Calbe, alongside further expansion of service and spare parts operations.
This strategic decision enables us to optimally consolidate our expertise, increase profitability, and invest in products, services, and innovation—further establishing Doppstadt as a leading international solution partner in the processing industry.
Custos Acquires Additional Shares in RBG
Since 2022, Custos has been supporting us as a strong investor. The family-owned holding company led by the Leitner family has now acquired all shares in RBG GmbH from the LIG Group.
In the future, Ferdinand Doppstadt will focus on his responsibilities at LIG while continuing to support Doppstadt in an advisory role.
