When a 2019-built INVENTHOR 9 changed ownership, one thing was clear: before the machine could begin operating at its new location in France, it had to comply with the latest national safety regulations. At the same time, a thorough inspection by our Service specialists revealed several technical issues resulting from deferred maintenance.

Rather than simply repairing individual components, our team developed a comprehensive retrofit solution that restored the machine's performance while preparing it for the demands of its next stage of operation.

The retrofit included the installation of new comb flap and comb cylinders, the integration of a tilt sensor with an emergency shut-off for the hydraulic drive system in accordance with French safety requirements, and a dedicated software update. While the machine was at our Service Center in Calbe, our specialists also carried out several customer-specific modifications, including the installation of new doors.
