The patented spiral shaft technology separates materials with virtually no blockages or entanglement. This keeps the screen openings clear at all times, ensuring consistent screening quality. Just as in our Selector series, this technology enables the SWS 6 to process even difficult-to-screen and sticky material streams with ease. It is resistant to contaminants and requires less wear than conventional screening techniques, resulting in a long service life. Thanks to a range of interchangeable screen deck sizes, the unit can also be optimally adapted to the required particle size ranges.

Ideal material processing: The optimal distribution and dosing of the material onto the shafts enables the separation of an additional light fraction via wind sifting in the same working step. Furthermore, the integrated, swivelling return conveyor can be used to automatically recirculate the oversize material back into the shredding process at the same time.

The SWS 6 is autonomous with its own drive and tracked chassis and can be operated flexibly as a stand-alone unit or integrated into system environments, such as our Mobile Modular Processing Concept (MMPC).
